These terms govern the use of the Glovia website and purchases made therein. By using our website, you agree to be bound by the following:
 

1. Company Details

Glovia is a registered e-commerce business dealing in imitation jewelry, operating under Indian commercial laws.
 

2. Use of Website

• You agree not to misuse the site or violate any laws.

• You will not upload harmful or fraudulent information.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have guardian consent.
   

3. Product Representation

• We strive to accurately represent all products. Slight color/size variation may occur due to photography or display settings.
   

4. Payment & Billing

We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

• Debit/Credit Cards

• Net Banking

We do not store payment credentials. All payments are processed securely.
 

5. Order Cancellation

• Before shipping: 80% refund (20% retained for processing fee)

• After shipping: Orders are non-cancellable & non-refundable
   

6. Pricing Errors

In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, and branding belong to Glovia and are protected under Indian IP laws.
 

8. Liability Disclaimer

Glovia is not liable for:

• User-submitted content

• Shipping delays or third-party service failures

• Damage due to user negligence or mishandling
   

9. Termination

We reserve the right to block, suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Violation of terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Chargebacks or abuse
   

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in  Mumbai, India only.
